Welcome to ReelPilot. These terms govern your use of the autonomous video generation platform at reelpilot.cloud.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ReelPilot platform ("reelpilot.cloud"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReelPilot is an autonomous YouTube automation platform. The Service includes: trend detection, AI script generation, voiceover synthesis, video rendering, thumbnail creation, SEO optimization, and automated publishing to connected YouTube channels. The Service operates on a credit-based billing model where each video generation consumes credits from your wallet.
3. Credit System & Billing
Videos are generated using prepaid credits purchased through our checkout system. Credit packs are priced dynamically based on your country. Payments are processed through Korapay, Fincra, or USDT (TRC-20) depending on your region. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire. Failed pipeline runs are automatically refunded to your wallet.
4. YouTube API Integration
ReelPilot uses YouTube API Services to publish content on your behalf. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest to maintain your channel connection. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
5. Content Ownership & Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all content generated through ReelPilot. You are solely responsible for the content published to your channel, including compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable copyright laws. ReelPilot does not claim ownership over generated scripts, voiceovers, or videos.
6. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)
ReelPilot supports Bring Your Own Keys for third-party AI providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.). API keys you provide are encrypted at rest and used solely for your video generation. We do not share, log, or use your API keys for any purpose other than executing your pipeline jobs.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates YouTube's policies. ReelPilot reserves the right to suspend accounts that produce harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content.
8. Service Availability
ReelPilot operates on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pipeline jobs may fail due to third-party API limitations, rate limits, or infrastructure issues. Failed jobs are automatically refunded. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via in-app notifications.
